SKATE FOR A CAUSE

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby agree to the following:

1. I acknowledge that skateboarding, BMX, and inline skating are hazardous activities and involve significant risks of injury.
2. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the event.
3. I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, sponsors, and property owners from any and all liability caused by my participation.
4. I consent to emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness.
5. I grant permission for the use of photographs or video recordings of me for promotional purposes.
6. I agree to save and present my registration token upon arriving at the event venue for verification purposes.
